Dessert Fruit Pizza
This is one of my favorites! It always goes quickly and is very simple to make. I have learned that it is best to prepare just before served so that the fruit doesn't get funny in the refrigerator. You can make the cookie bottom the night before and even the spread and put it in the refrigerator if you are pressed for time.
